What is the return policy?

For non-custom products or an item that is not cut to requested size (subject to a 1/8th inch tolerance), simply contact us within 30 days of order placement for a refund on unused, resalable material.

Cut-to-size products are not eligible for a return.


We offer standard ground delivery on all orders. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us. Weight and sizes of your order will affect the number of available options.


We aim to ship orders received by 11am EST the same business day. Check out our shipping page on transit times.


At this time, we do not ship outside the Lower 48 States.

Is there a difference between Polycarbonate and Acrylic?

Yes, there are differences, but many people consider both types of plastic as the same. Both weigh less than glass and are easy to clean. Acrylic is shinier than polycarbonate and more similar to glass in appearance. Polycarbonate is stronger than acrylic and more impact-resistant. Polycarbonate is more expensive than acrylic.


Our custom cut-to-size tolerance is 1/8th inch. When you purchase a pre-cut sheet, tolerance is nominal (a target value).
